D2 Dental Associates is seeking an EXPERIENCED PART-TIME or FULL-TIME Dental Business Front Desk team member.

Must have prior DENTAL experience for this position or be a FAST LEARNER

Established Private Family Dental Practice in Malden is Seeking an Experienced/ Coachable Dental Practice Scheduling/ Treatment Plan Coordinator. We are high tech and paperless! Our office hours are:

Monday 9am-5pm

Tuesday 9am-5pm

Wednesday 9am-5pm

Thursday 8am-5pm

Friday 9am-5pm

Saturday 8am-2pm

WE ARE IN SEARCH OF THAT BEACON OF POSITIVITY - given that our Scheduling Coordinator is both the first and final point of interaction our patients have with our team. It's crucial that your smile and upbeat demeanor shine brightly through you. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the business office, including patient record keeping, scheduling, accounts receivable, ensuring the dental office is tidy and organized, presenting financial treatment plans, and managing the recall/recare system. We're eager to meet you!

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. High school diploma

2. Desirable: 2 year of experience with DENTAL front office. We will consider a highly motivated, coachable, detail oriented professional whom we would train on the job.

3. Experience with Dentrix Practice Management Software, Dental Insurance Verification and Treatment Planning and Presentation.

4. Ready and available professional references from previous employers and coworkers to affirm your ultimate integrity and ethical standards.

5. A team player and able to adapt to office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).

6. Customer service and patient relations experience. Quick response/accurate data entry.

7. Experience and true understanding of what it means to ENGINEER the appointment book effectively.

8. Experience preparing and presenting financial option plans and present plan options to patient at end of their appointment.

9. Accuracy, Honesty, Integrity, DETAIL ORIENTED and an ability to always see room for improvement within one's own performance. MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS and document well.
