About this role: The WIM Digital team within Strategy, Digital & Innovation at Wells Fargo is responsible for the strategy, design, and delivery of digital client experiences within Wealth & Investment Management. We are seeking a Senior Manager to function as our Chief of Staff within Wealth & Investment Management Digital, reporting to the Head of WIM Digital. This position is responsible for executing various people & business initiatives including, managing team finances, managing risk initiatives, introducing process improvements, employee engagement, & partnering with leaders across the firm to deliver. For more information about this line of business please visit: https://www.wellsfargo.com/investing-wealth/ In this role, you will: Manage and develop a team while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans Recommend opportunities for agile process improvement Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business Manage allocation of people and financial resources Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy Collect, analyze, and represent data in various reports and decks. Ability to understand data, identify gaps and generate timely alerts to reduce/ eliminate gaps/ risks. Required Qualifications: 6 years of business execution, risk, or strategic planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3 years of management experience Meets changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities in an Agile manner Excellent problem-solving, logic and decision making Comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced enterprise environment Excellent team player who works well in collaborative, cross-functional settings, with a variety of personalities and styles Desired Qualifications: Exhibits strong relationship development & negotiation orientation with senior level business partners globally Senior level experience in or exposure to change & program management along with solutioning at a global level Excellent Communication, planning and organizing skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Master’s degree in business administration, finance or a similar field and project management certification would be a plus.
