At D1 Kalamazoo, we’re looking for an energetic individual to join the team as a Recruiter! This is no ordinary recruiting position… This recruiter will be seeing local athletes of all ages and levels, looking to take themselves to the next level! And you’ll be on a team of coaches helping them increase their strength, speed, agility, mental toughness, and MORE! You'll be bringing them the energy and knowledge around program designation they need to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Recruiter to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, possess expertise in training (speak the language), sales, task management, and be committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

**Responsibilities:**

The Recruiter is responsible for

• Have the salesroom ready to make sales.
• Confirm all same day appointments (call & text)
• Reply to all GPS texts to increase scheduling& show %’s
• Add organic leads to GPS/MBO.
• Work lead nurture sequence on all new leads
• Verify that automated messages are going out to prospects.
• Respond to leads in FB/IG DMs & schedule free workouts.
• Call all new leads from the previous night.
• Role Play for sales and other customer service scenarios
• Assist in Content Filming
• All new clients are scheduled for their orientations.
• All new clients are entered into & processed in MBO.
• Update MBO and D1 Team with all appointment information
• Send EOW report to General Manager with weekly stats.
• KPIS

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:

- Program design

- Anatomy knowledge

- Physiology knowledge

- Sales

- Body mechanics

- Sports coaching

- Physical education

- Fitness sales

- Personal training

- Group fitness

Skills:

Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)

Certified CPR/AED (preferred)

Sales 1-2 yr (required)

Education:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
