Job Summary

Dependable, High-energy, positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused professional to join our Front Desk team. This position involves exemplary customer service experience, attention to detail, and passion for service. Superior oral and written communication skills.

*Two shifts available: 5am – 9am – or – 4pm – 8pm,.

Responsibilities

· Complete Opening/Closing Checklists
· Ensure bathrooms and lobby are clean and stocked·

Learn the D1 brand and be able to answer all customer support questions for current and potential athletes·

Answer phone calls and take messages for Recruiters and Management·

Check athletes into workouts and ensure accurate attendance tracking·

Keep fridge and shelves fully stocked with food, drink, clothing·

Maintain inventory for cleaning supplies, D1 gear, and products·

Process all ancillary purchases in MBO·

Make sure all accounts are properly noted

Qualifications
Dependable, organized, and responsible

  • Must be a high-energy & positive individual
  • Must have 3 years in customer service. Luxury brand or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Must have 1 years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.

Compensation: $10-12 per hour

D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180 in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world’s best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout, every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
