D1 Premier Basketball, a competitive AAU club, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer coaches to join our winning team! This is your chance to share your knowledge, ignite a love for the game in our young athletes, and help them reach their full potential on and off the court.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging basketball practices, focusing on fundamental skill development, advanced tactics, and competition preparation.
• Motivate and inspire players of all abilities, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Develop and implement winning game strategies, preparing players for AAU tournament success.
• Maintain clear communication with players, parents, and the D1 Premier Basketball staff.
• Attend mandatory coaching clinics designed to elevate your coaching skills.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of basketball fundamentals and proven success in coaching youth athletes (age range to be specified).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with players and parents.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities to inspire peak performance.
• Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and competitive environment.
• Prior AAU coaching experience a plus!
