Office Assistant: We are a small service oriented business that is looking for help in our front office. Majority of the work required would be over email and phone and working with service technicians. We are flexible with hours but it does need to be consistent. Benefits available for full time employees.

Duties:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and email.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Transcribe documents and correspondence as needed.
- Provide support to office staff in various administrative tasks.

Skills:

- Proficient in operating front desk operations and basic phone systems.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
