Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laborer/Helper to join our team. As a Laborer/Helper, you will assist in various HVAC tasks and provide support to the team. This is a great opportunity to gain industry and work on diverse projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with repairs and installation tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Performing furnace, air conditioning, boiler and water heater installation
- Help restore and repair furnaces, boilers and water heaters
- Assist ductwork installs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of build and construction techniques
- Proficient in duct install, duct fabrication nd design
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- HVAC helper or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.16 - $25.81 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

• HVAC: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• HVAC Certification (Required)
