Job Description:

Are you passionate about boats and interested in learning a valuable trade in the marine industry? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Boat Rigger Apprentice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the art of boat rigging, specializing in bass boats, walleye boats and pontoons.

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced riggers in setting up and maintaining boats, including installing and adjusting rigging hardware, and optimizing performance.
• Learn how to rig various types of boats, ensuring they are properly equipped and prepared for use.
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills in rigging techniques and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to complete rigging projects efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Passion for boats and the marine industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physically able to lift and maneuver boat components as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
