Job Profile:

Operates switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. Provides back up for Cashier and Rental Agent.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Uses multi-line switchboard
• Answers all incoming calls. When necessary, screens call to determine who it should be routed to and routes the call to the appropriate person.
• Supplies information to callers and records messages
• Performs clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail
• Operates paging system to call individuals to phone
• Performs Cashier duties
• Performs Rental Agent duties
