Location: Cortland, NY (Home Base) with Travel

Overview: Are you a skilled trainer with a passion for developing teams? Are you looking for a role where you can make an impact while enjoying a mix of travel and home base work? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We're seeking a Corporate Trainer to join our team. This role involves traveling approximately one week per month to various corporate and franchisee locations, with the remaining time spent at our Cortland, NY location, working on local corporate projects and improving training systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance performance.
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training materials for both in-person and virtual sessions.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees across different locations, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Provide operational support to the Learning and Development Team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Work on local corporate projects and contribute to enhancing training systems.
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing multiple restaurants or similar experience.
  • Experience in implementing training programs.
  • Experience in designing, facilitating, and evaluating leadership development content.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships and communicate with cross-functional partners.
  • Willingness to travel approximately one week per month.
  • Willingness to work late night hours (we’re open until 4am) and weekends.
