We are seeking an experienced Catering Events Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the events, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, able to manager multiple events in a day and many employees
Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the events
• Create strategic and operational goals and objectives
• Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
• Oversee event operations and inventory control
• Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Set and monitor key performance indicators within events

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager is preferred
• Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
