What we expect from you

Our firm is currently searching for a personal injury intake specialist to add to our personal injury intake department. The intake specialist role will be comprised of office and intake center tasks and responsibilities, under the guidance of the intake supervisor and department management team. The ideal intake specialist will possess heightened skills in areas of oral and written communication, interpersonal relations, and client relations. All candidates should display superior organizational habits, professionalism, exceptional time management capabilities, computer literacy, while being punctual and dependable. Due to the nature of the company, the candidate should be detail orientated and have the ability to work well with others on a team of attorneys, paralegals, and case file managers. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiations skills while maintaining high charisma while speaking with potential clients.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• 1-3 years minimum customer service experience
• Be able to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
• Heavy call center experience with expertise in managing both outbound and inbound calls in customer service atmosphere.
• Experience in working in sales environment (a plus but not required)
• Must be flexible and willing to work outside of standard business hours
