RBT - Master's Student - D&M Behavioral Solutions
D&M Behavioral Solutions is excited to offer a unique opportunity for an RBT pursuing BCaBA/BCBA certification. This position is tailored for individuals eager to accumulate both direct and indirect hours required for BCaBA/BCBA certification, providing a comprehensive, hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
About the Position As an RBT - Master's Student, you will be involved in a variety of activities crucial to your professional development in ABA. Under the supervision of our experienced BCBAs, you will participate in direct client interaction as well as engage in indirect tasks integral to the ABA process.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients under BCBA supervision.
- Engage in indirect activities such as data analysis, treatment planning, and research.
- Assist in developing and modifying behavior intervention plans.
- Enhance your ABA knowledge and skills through training and educational activities.
- Uphold BACB's ethical guidelines and maintain frequent communication with BCBAs and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the field of ABA.
- High School diploma with experience in providing direct services to individuals with mental health disorders, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.
- Relevant in-service certifications.
- Enrollment in or completion of coursework towards BCaBA certification.
- Reliable transportation, access to a smart phone and computer, and proof of auto insurance liability coverage.
- Proficiency in using ABA technology.
