D.K. Systems Inc. Warehouse Duties

· Position Summary: To manage the warehouse and preparing all parts needed for Installation and Service jobs. Ordering and purchasing materials, inventory, and oversee warehouse functions. Clear and concise communications with company employees. Delivering parts to job sites. This position requires leadership, organization and ability to prioritize based on daily activities. Time and resource management along with attention to detail is key for success this position.

Duties:

· Receive equipment product accurately.

· Stage product and equipment together, including controls.

· Deliver product and equipment as needed.

· Keep stock consumables at a set level, and order as needed.

· Issue tools/ladders/Vehicles and track returns; “In working order/ clean”

· Repair, or replace needed tools in a timely manner (Approval required)

· Keep the warehouse clean, and safe.

· Notify relevant personnel of received equipment and product. (Include the job site lead)

· Return un-needed product, in a timely manner.

· Check the schedule daily, to verify readiness for scheduled projects.

· Assist in loading/unloading supplier parts and equipment

· Ensure all equipment delivered is listed appropriately on the packing label.

· Serve as support for our Installers, Service Techs and Office personnel

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and Clean Driver's record
• Basic Hand Tools
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize workload
• Ability to respond appropriately to constant change
• Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills,

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
