WHO WE ARE:
- Develop ultra-user friendly, functional, clean, modern, intuitive, and attractive tech based on product specifications and designs.
- Adapt 3D character and environment animations previously designed for mp4 renders to interactive game-style UX.
- Program the core application, UI, and technical systems, as well as measurement and feedback tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable tools and code.
- Optimize application performance to run efficiently across multiple browsers and screens.
- Identify and repair bottlenecks and bugs.
- Contribute ideas toward product’s design, development, and optimization.
- Provide technical leadership, training, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT, and Production to brainstorm, design, and implement gameplay.
- Discuss and engineer solutions with cross-functional team.
- Present to peers and partners while clearly communicating programming rationale.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or equivalent experience developing games professionally.
- Fluency using Unreal Engine and C .
- Practical knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP/OOD) and programming best practices.
- Strong 2D and 3D math skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to articulate what is strong/weak about the product’s design.
- Excels at creative and effective problem-solving.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Must respond well to criticism and feedback.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to continue to learn.
- Strong work ethic and able to work independently.
- Strong documentation and visualization skills.
- 3D modeling/animation experience.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud.
