D.I. Management, LLC is Hiring an Investment Analyst Near Dallas, TX

We are looking for an Analyst to join our investment team. The Analyst will be responsible for underwriting real estate investments in the West region. The role will be based in our Oakland, CA office and will report to the VP of Asset Management.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support the due diligence process for assets under contract, including coordinating with external suppliers such as brokers, engineers, and contractors to support the due diligence process
  • Compile and present property and market specific reports to management
  • Gathering and assessing critical information related to the sourcing and evaluation of potential acquisitions and leasing
  • Create and edit Argus files
  • Create sale and lease comparable tables and run DCF models
  • Assist Asset management with quarterly models
  • Ad hoc projects

Skills & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree from a top tier accredited institution 
  • 1-3 years of work experience (highly qualified undergraduates will be considered)
  • Strong desire to work in real estate finance
  • Highly motivated with strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a demanding work environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Real estate specific coursework or work experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Argus, Costar and Real Capital Analytics preferred
