Job Responsibilities:

• At least 80% of the time will be spent on data entry tasks.
• Assist salespeople and sales management team.
• Review commercial construction bid documents to obtain relevant project information.
• Evaluate project details and provide reports to sales management team.
• Conduct market research/project inquiries with new customers and regions.
• Occasionally interact with general contractors.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Job Requirements:

• Great communication skills
• Proven experience in a fast paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills is ideal
• Majority of time will be spent on construction project information gathering and data entry.
