We are an modern artisan French bakery in the center of Southlake, TX specializing in croissants and contemporary pastries. We offer a wide selection of Viennoiserie products, such as croissants, danishes, kouign amanns, and brioches in the mornings, and french desserts throughout the day in our flagman store in the heart of Southlake.

We take pride in crafting our Viennoiserie products from scratch in-house, rolled by hand. Our process includes a long fermentation process to achieve the perfect balance of crunchiness and rich buttery flavor. As we create our line of desserts, we strive to infuse a modern twist into classic French favorites, offering a fresh and innovative take on these time-honored treats.

We are currently hiring full-time or part-time dishwasher / cleaner in bakery with a potential to grow as a bakery assistant.

Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and sheet pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly condition
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Sweep or scrub floors
- Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if required
- Intermediate English

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, flexible, 10AM -5PM

Hourly rate based on interview and skills long term bonus employee discount

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
