Position: Lead Housekeeper

Building: Middle School

Terms of Employment: 1.0 FTE; Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Accepts responsibility for the general security of the building.
• Moves furniture and equipment as required for various activities or as directed.
• Operates and maintains cleaning equipment.
• Removes snow.
• Completes all phases of required cleaning schedule for the areas assigned within the time provided.
• Follows safety procedures and monitors the work environment for safety concerns.
• Reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
• Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

WHAT IT TAKES:

• Must be well organized and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction and supervision.
• Must be able to relate well with the general public.
• Custodial experience.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

• $19.00 per hour
• Flexibility of 18 days of paid time off (PTO) each school year; unused PTO days may be paid out at the end of the school year or rolled into a sick leave bank (prorated from start date through June 30, 2024).
• 15 vacation days, and 9 holidays (prorated from start date through June 30, 2024).
