Position Overview:

As a Softball Instructor for D-BAT Dacula, you will have the opportunity to work with kids of all ages, imparting your love for the sport and developing their softball skills. We believe in creating a fun and engaging learning environment, fostering a lifelong appreciation for softball.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct softball training sessions for young athletes.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate coaching strategies.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing feedback on player progress.
• Utilize high-level training technology available at our facility.
• Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule.

Qualifications:

• Experience coaching kids of all ages in softball.
• Passion for teaching and developing young athletes.
• Excellent communication skills with both parents and staff.
