Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the manual construction of RFQs, accessorial rules, and/or tariffs by referencing customer contracts and bid documents, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon standards.
• Ensure timely responses to emails, leads, rates, bids, tenders, and other inquiries and communicate effectively to both customers and sales staff by handling pricing, rate requests, quotations, negotiations, and amendments.
• Ensures accuracy in applying priority of rates by meticulously adhering to customer rule sets and contracts.
• Collaborates with sales team and internal operations team to effectively address and resolve issues.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Stay updated on industry pricing trends and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the freight forwarding industry in a similar profile.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word
