Summary/Function:

The Corporate Access team provides solutions bringing corporate management teams and investors together to improve information flow, strengthen mutual understanding, and cultivate lasting relationships. The goal of the D.A. Davidson Corporate Access team is to deliver white glove, concierge-like service. For investors, direct access to corporate management is integral to investment decision-making. For management teams, direct access to investors offers the best opportunity to tell their story in a small setting. The Corporate Access team is responsible for overseeing and facilitating this process—working closely with Equity Research and Sales on a daily basis to deliver high quality management teams to top D.A. Davidson clients. Corporate Access is unique in that it is one of the few teams in Sales & Trading that communicates directly with corporate clients in addition to institutional investors. 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field. MBA is a plus, but not required.
• Preferred 10 years of Corporate Access or Event experience
• Strong relationships with buy-side broker liaisons a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to be creative and think “outside the box” to distinguish D.A. Davidson vs. the competition.
• Demonstrated thought leadership with in-depth knowledge of trends and best practices in corporate access
• Possesses a winning mentality
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Manage multiple demands and competing priorities
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality
• Ability to proactively work with both external and internal clients
• Enjoys meeting new people 

• Strategic leadership and management of the Corporate Access and Events team

• Interact with buy-side broker liaisons to improve D.A. Davidson’s overall relationship with accounts

• Orchestrate a nation-wide structure for NDR and analyst trips based on market data, among other things

• Collaborate and work with major business functions at the Firm: Marketing, Research, Sales and Trading and Investment Banking

• Execute and schedule events, manage logistics for roadshows, industry conferences, panel discussions, virtual events, onsite conferences, investor conferences, bus tours, and other client facing events
• Communicate with corporate and investor attendees on registration and other logistics for all conferences, virtual and onsite
• Responsible for providing reporting for all Conferences including: investor and company meeting count, investor requests, company management, budgeting, logistics, etc.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to align with business strategies.
• Serve as Roadshow Desk for all deals including: working with Sales to input meetings, creating and managing schedules, sending communication to Syndicate, Management, and Investors, handling/creating all meeting logistics
• Onsite staffing for in-person events, including travel as needed (25%)
• Create and Manage Budget for all conferences
