The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Human Resource Department with their recruiting efforts. This position will will assist with recruiting, screening, and recommending candidate placement by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external), striving to bring in the best people to fill company needs. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, candidate scheduling, passive candidate sourcing and EEO compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Medical sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and post job announcements, screen resumes, and prospective employees for hourly and salaried positions.
• Responsible for recruiting efforts for applicants to fill existing/future job openings.
• Post job openings on Bamboo and on online sites such as Indeed and Linkdin
• Correspond with job applicants to notify them of employment consideration
• Schedule phone screens , video and in person interviews.
• Conduct pre employment verifications and reference checks
• Performs other HR related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience required
• Previous experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment (30 job openings) highly desired
• Prior experience working in the medical field is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) andprior experience with Bamboohighly desired
• Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and external contacts
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must enjoy candidate research, passive candidate outreach, and be able to work in a fast paced, high activity environment.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 DOE plus comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental and vision coverage as well as paid holidays and PTO.
