Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Consultant to join our dynamic team in Montvale, NJ. This is a full-time, onsite position that will involve working closely with various business units and stakeholders to ensure effective data governance and management using SAP MDG solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration: Lead and execute SAP MDG implementations, including the setup, configuration, and customization of the SAP MDG system to meet business requirements.
Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure data quality and integrity across the enterprise.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define master data governance strategies, and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on SAP MDG functionalities and best practices.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP MDG processes, configurations, and user guides.
Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to SAP MDG. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP MDG system.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest SAP MDG trends, tools, and technologies. Propose and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP MDG implementation and support.
o Proven track record in configuring and customizing SAP MDG solutions.
o Experience in data governance and master data management.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in SAP MDG, including configuration and customization.
o Strong understanding of SAP ERP and related modules.
o Knowledge of data modeling, data quality, and data integration.
o Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA is a plus.
