We are seeking a highly skilled SAP RAR Consultant with expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) or Change Control Management (CCM) and Data Analytics to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) solutions in alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Lead and participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Provide expert guidance on revenue recognition principles and ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS 15 and ASC 606.

Utilize Organizational Change Management (OCM) or Change Control Management (CCM) methodologies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize resistance to change throughout the implementation process.

Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and training needs assessments to identify OCM/CCM strategies and interventions.

Develop comprehensive communication plans, training materials, and change management deliverables to support user adoption and maximize ROI.

Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to analyze revenue data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for decision-making purposes.

Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports that enhance visibility into revenue performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Extensive experience (5 years) in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) implementation and configuration.

Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards (IFRS 15, ASC 606).

Proven expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) or Change Control Management (CCM) methodologies.

Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BusinessObjects, or similar platforms.

Proficiency in data modeling, data visualization, and statistical analysis techniques.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.

SAP certification in Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) is highly desirable.

Experience in the technology industry or related sectors is advantageous.
