Expertise in S4 Revenue Recognition and Reporting (RAR)
Data Analytics is a must
Candidate should have worked with RAR, OCM or CCM and Data Analytics
Experience in configuring & implementing SAP RAR module preferably on Subscription, License or Usage based Contracts
SAP ECC RAR to S4 RAR migration expertise
Basic knowledge of upstream S4 Sales & BRIM will be an added advantage
Good understanding of SAP RAR enhancements delivered with the OCM(Optimized Contract Management)
Knowledge of accounting standards and best practices
Ability to advise customers on options related to revenue accounting standards(IFRS15/ASC606) and associated reporting processes
Ability to collaborate with multiple stake holders (cross-functional implementation teams, finance, and data analytics teams)
Key responsibilities also include:
Work closely with the customer to identify/advise process optimization and automation within revenue accounting and reporting
Policy compliance
Analyze revenue data to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential issues
Provide insights and recommendations to improve accounting and financial reporting

The SAP HANA Developer performs a wide range of job duties utilizing technical know-how and develop an analytics product that will generate insights into customer journey. Maintains a very hands-on focus for technology matters combined with an affinity for solving complex technical issues, enabling tools for self-service data analyst community and delivering projects on time with high quality.

Responsibilities:

Provide the creation of useful models to communicate current state, future state, and gap definitions in support of decision-making processes.
Consult in the refinement of existing models, adding new ideas to make the result more flexible and more tightly linked to current and expected requirements

Participates in project requirements reviews, conceptual modeling, discovery processes, technical design reviews, and project meetings in order to provide appropriate guidance that influences toward positive business outcomes.

Qualifications:

7 years' experience with strong SAP S4/HANA, HANA Modeling, SQL Skills, and big data with enterprise data warehousing experience
Strong SAP HANA data modeling and performance optimization skills
Ability to design, develop, and migrate data analytics solutions by sourcing data from SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and SAP Data archival systems.
Experience with S4/HANA migration initiatives and exposure to SAP OCM/SOM modules is a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to manage the impact of SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration on analytics reporting for sales, bookings, finance, and subscription business areas.
Strong experience on SQL and PLSQL skills.
Ability to design, develop, and test ETL solutions, including modeling data warehouse metadata and automating data loading processes.
Experience with big data technologies like Azure and Data Bricks is a plus.
Experience with reusable ETL frameworks, Python and PySpark with Data bricks implementation is a plus.
Experience monitoring, troubleshooting and tuning services and applications and operational expertise such as good troubleshooting skills, understanding of systems capacity, bottlenecks, and basics of memory, CPU, OS, storage, and networks.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Science, Information Technology or Engineering or a related Field
