Design, implement, and maintain fiber ring networks to ensure high availability and scalability of datacenter infrastructure.2. Troubleshoot network issues, including fiber breaks, signal degradation, and connectivity issues, and coordinate with vendors or service providers for timely resolution.3. Manage industrial control networks, including SCADA systems, PLCs, and other critical components, to support operational processes and maximize efficiency.4. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize VoIP systems to provide clear and reliable communication services within the organization.5. Lead analog to digital migration projects, including the assessment of existing infrastructure, planning for migration strategies, and execution of migration activities.6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with existing systems and applications.7. Perform network capacity planning and performance monitoring to identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues proactively.8. Implement security best practices to safeguard datacenter networks from potential threats or vulnerabilities.9. Document network configurations, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.10. Provide technical support and assistance to other team members and end-users as needed.11.
