The Cypress is recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge to work an as needed or PRN basis. Shifts vary from Mon-Sat, 8a - 4:30p, 4:30-8p, Sunday, 8a-3p and 4:30-7p. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in logbook, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Administrative Services Director with projects/assignments.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Must have a notary public certification or obain within first six months of hire.
• Experience as Concierge or Receptionist in an office setting preferred.
• Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize tasks/assignments.
• Reliability and dependability a must.
• Attention to detail.
• A self-starter whom once done with a task will look for the next to assist and benefit the company.

Pay range from $16.00 per hour depending on experience.
