Essential Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Active auto insurance
• At least one year of caregiving experience (personal or professional)
• CPR and First Aid certifications (in-person)
• Clean background check
• Negative TB test

Preferred but not mandatory: Experience in dementia care, hospice settings, Hoyer lifts, and heavy lifting.

Your Role at Cypress

• Provide daily living assistance: bathing, grooming, etc.
• Create and execute personalized meal plans
• Handle light housekeeping tasks
• Assist with medication management
• Accompany clients to appointments
• Offer meaningful companionship
