QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proof of high school graduation/GED equivalent.
2. Demonstrated proficiency in general office management and procedures.
3. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
4. Proficiency in eSchool, Cognos, and Google applications preferred.
5. Ability to prioritize, organized, multi-task numerous activities, and manage time with minimal supervision and maintain emotional control under stress.
6. Effective verbal (receptive and expressive) and written communication skills. Must have a high level of integrity regarding student records.
7. Must be self-motivated, a problem solver, possess the ability to work under pressure, able to handle multiple tasks, and work collaboratively.

Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year 2021-2022
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Manage a complex office environment with frequent interruptions.
2. Perform general secretarial duties including correspondence, filing, and phone activity.
3. Maintain confidentiality of records and student information.
4. Enter data for district information.
5. Prepare documents/calendars, etc and distribute to Temporary Virtual Learning teachers.
6. Collaborate with campus counselors and campus administration to support Temporary Virtual Learning students, including transition from virtual to face-to-face learning.
7. Remain current regarding requirements and perform tasks associated with the following:
a. PEIMS coding
b. Admissions, registration, transfer rules and regulations
8. Collaborate with appropriate attendance officer and campus administration to ensure accuracy and adherence to laws regarding admissions, registration, and withdrawal.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Temporary Virtual Learning team.
10. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
