Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida is Hiring a Concierge - PRN Near Fort Myers, FL
- Position is PRN.
- Some weekends required.
- Dependable, year-round work schedule.

- Providing resort-level service to our residents and their family members, guests, and vendors.
- Operating a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate areas and maintaining resident phone list.
- Booking and maintaining guest room reservations.
- Performing clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, maintaining spreadsheets and managing outgoing postal mail.
- A service-oriented attitude, patience, and a genuine interest in and compassion for older adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
- Someone who can maintain confidentiality of information (computer, paperwork, and medication) that is kept at the front desk.
