Pay Range $60hr - $65hr
- Must have 12 years of experience in GxP validation testing on pharmaceutical domain.
- 3 years of experience in managing testing projects in multiple towers.
- Experience in test effort estimation & resources planning across all the projects.
- Responsible for demand/capacity planning, resource management, stakeholder management.
- Extensive experience in both Agile /Waterfall methodologies .
- Responsible for producing the overall test delivery plan and defining the business test deliverable milestones.
- Resolve test project issues and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback.
- Coordination of corresponding test and release activities with development teams & project stakeholders.
- Review responsible for the key project deliverables.
- Should be familiar with risk-based testing approach.
- Experience in RCA/CAPA.
- Minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Sciences or a related education (e.g. life science, medicine) , Masters preferable.
- Primary : Validation Testing in Argus, LIMS.
- Secondary : Service Now, ALM.
