Job Description : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

• Place blankets on cooler pallets.
• Deliver pallets to correct dock and location for loaders.
• Follow all safety work practices and maintain a clean and orderly dock area.

Related Experience :

• Open to entry level workers (one-year warehouse experience is a plus).
• Manual labor experience preferred (we've seen success with construction, landscaping, concrete work, etc).
• Pallet jack experience is a plus, but they do not need it to start.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to read load diagrams.
• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Must be team oriented and able to get along with others.

Physical Requirements (Due to the nature of the job) :

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Work in different temperatures including a cool dock (70% of the time, the role is ambient room temp).
• Less, the contractor would be on the cool dock which is 36-42 degrees).
• PPE can be provided to the contractors, if needed.
• Little to no lifting involved.
