Job Description :

Pay Range $21.08hr - $25.08hr

• Track purchase orders and help manage shipping with traffic (from vendor receipt to shipping to receiving in the central warehouse).
• Ensure orders are received on time, as-ordered, style, quantity, and cost match to invoice.
• Reaching out to vendors / reps that purchase orders have been received and confirm cancel dates and delivery.
• Ensuring invoices have been paid through accounts payable timely and problem-solving any delays.
• Correct invoice payment issues with accounts payable and finance.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to review any over-ships and shorts.
• Correct invoices with the vendor as necessary.
• Review quality control issues with the warehouse and buyer / planner; contact vendors when necessary.
• Reaching out to vendors during payment freezes.
• Assisting vendors with setting up the Portal (SPARC).
• Vendor relations as needed.
• Coordinate vendor agreements and / or contracts with buyer / planner and legal.
• Coordinate with planner, finance, and consumer products to calculate royalties for various properties based on sales.
• Coordinating price changes from buyer / planner to store teams.
• Coordinate cycle counts from buyer / planner to store teams.
• Coordinate inventory counts and variances with buyer / planner and store teams.
