Cynet Systems is Hiring a Logistics Administrator Specialist Near Boulder, CO
Job Description:
Pay Range $15hr - $20hr
Performs the receiving, documentation, and sorting function for incoming materials and products.
Facilitates the movement of products and / or materials involving third party logistics providers.
Perform bulk tank offloads when Bulk Specialist is not available.
Monitor, manage and receive bulk gasses inventory when Bulk Specialist is not available.
Schedule and support waste pickups with waste vendor when Bulk Specialist is not available.
Examines materials, verifies part numbers, and checks discrepancies such as damaged / unmarked parts and quantity during receipt.
Supports outbound logistics activities by packaging according to requirements, affixing shipping labels for identification, verifying shipping information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records and completing SAP transactions.
This can include pre-transport preparation of hazardous materials and hazardous waste.
Assists with staging and transferring materials for production operations from the warehouse to manufacturing in accordance with the production schedule as needed.
Ensures material and product maintain an appropriate flow through the warehouse and production areas.
Maintains inventory accuracy by ensuring that all material movements (warehouse to manufacturing, manufacturing to warehouse, etc.) are properly reflected in SAP.
Participates in inventory counts and assists in investigating inventory discrepancies.
Support general departmental duties including maintaining supplies and inventory levels/ Records daily/weekly/monthly work on required checklists.
Attends and participates in shift change meetings and Tier 3 Material Management shift meeting(s), as required.
Follow SOPs and Work Instructions to maintain GMP processes.
Cross train on applicable warehouse / material management tasks and functions to serve as backfill / area support when required.
Other relevant duties as assigned and needed by their Supervisor/Manager.

Knowledge of general purchasing requirements; understanding of material requirements needed for the overall operation of the business.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP), manufacturing processes, and methods for cost reduction, quality improvements, and efficiency.
Knowledge of OSHA and local safety guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and establish short and long-term planning horizons to complete these duties.
Ability to work effectively as a team to accomplish deadlines and objectives yet make independent decisions on various tasks.
Ability to complete daily tasks efficiently and efficiently transition support to additional area tasks.
Knowledge of cGMP guidelines as well as international regulations pertaining to the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and drug products.
Education and Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a college or technical school; or five years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Haz-Waste Handling / DOT Certification is required.
