Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the existing IT services and processes and baseline it.
- Create a strategy and roadmap to transform existing processes to ITIL4 practices
- Review the ITIL4 transformation strategy and roadmap with IT and Business stakeholders.
- Identify and present risks that can seriously impact business and work with the governing body and oversee the transformation activities aligned with the overall business objectives and priorities.
- Design and implement ITIL4 practices (34 practices) in phased manner.
- Lead the adoption and adaptation of ITIL v4 practices across the enterprise.
- Provide training and coaching to the team on ITIL v4 concepts, practices, and tools.
- Facilitate communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs.
- Conduct maturity model assessment - Capability assessments, Maturity assessment and Comprehensive assessment.
- Develop roadmaps for continual service improvement.
- Stay updated on ITIL v4 developments and best practices, sharing knowledge within the organization.
- Prepare and present reports on IT service performance and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
- Manage and coordinate ITIL v4 certification efforts for the team.
