Job Description:

Pay Range $74.74hr - $78.74hr

Responsibilities:
  • Define Product Strategy and Roadmap: Owns the Strategic Vision.
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with the company's overall strategic goals, incorporating user feedback, market trends, and technological advancements.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders such as business, UX design, regulatory, IT, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
  • ct as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Drives collaboration, adoption of best practices, and ensures mission critical programs are effectively executed across the US Region.
  • High-level requirements: accountable for high-level requirements for solution confirmations and sustaining development.
  • Research and User Insight: Partner with UX designer to conduct comprehensive end user research to identify unmet needs, opportunities, and potential areas for product improvement or expansion.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions, prioritize features, and validate assumptions, ultimately driving business results and product adoption.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet all relevant regulatory standards and certifications, collaborating with IT to navigate compliance requirements.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead global digital transformation program through product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, by gathering requirements, prioritization, development, testing, launch and monitoring performance metrics, conducting post-launch evaluations, and making data-informed decisions about updates, enhancements, or discontinuations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Engage with key stakeholders, including business, IT, quality and other internal teams, to gather feedback, address concerns, and align product development efforts with customer needs.
  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations, assist with product demos, and documentation to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Financial Analysis and Budgeting: Collaborate with finance and contract management to develop and manage budgets, forecast needs, and conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies: Stay up to date with advancements in business technology, and medical device regulations that could impact business systems, leveraging this knowledge to effectively communicate impact to leadership and guide product strategy.
  • Drive Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging creativity, experimentation, and the pursuit of Client solutions to address complex business challenges.
  • Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Work closely with customer support teams to address product-related inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Leadership Support:
  • Partner with Functional Managers, and Scrum Master on team and individual performance/development opportunities.
  • Partner with Scrum Master to develop business cases and drive IT governance process.
  • Partner with Scum Master and Product Owner to drive long-term technology roadmap strategy considering business and industry trends.
Team Support:
  • Collaborate with Business Partners, Strategy Operation and Operational Excellence teams and stakeholders to refine project success metrics.
  • Manage and track dependencies (internal & external).
  • Partner with Scrum Master and Functional Management to remove roadblocks and impediments to ensure the team can remain on target to deliver against their commitments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years program or product management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years supporting Salesforce or SAP products.
"Nice to have" Qualifications:
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMPĀ®, PMI-ACP) preferred.
  • Second-level Agile Certification (e.g., A-CSPO, CSP-PO) preferred.
  • Product Management Certification preferred.
  • Experience using agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, VersionOne, Rally).
  • Salesforce experience/certification preferred.
  • Greenbelt/Back Belt preferred.
