Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our property. The ideal candidate will lead a maintenance technician and ensure the upkeep of all grounds and work orders

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff
- Inspect facilities to determine maintenance needs
- Troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and solutions
- Oversee repairs and installations of equipment
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Skills:

- Proficient in English
- Strong facilities management background
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs, especially ACs
- Familiarity with low voltage systems
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
- Electrical, plumbing, appliances, garbage disposals, compactor, pools
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Entrata is a plus
- Ability to create POs, maintain pool logs, and be a team player

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
