Title: Residential Cleaning Team Member

Job Summary:

A local residential cleaning company is seeking part to full time, motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Residential Cleaning Team Members or Potential Lead Opportunity. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional cleaning services to residential properties and ensure a clean and tidy living environment for clients. As well as a safe and fun environment for yourself and others.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
Occasionally make beds, change linens, or handle laundry as needed.
Empty trash cans and replace liners.
Occasionally assist in organization and decluttering of rooms.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage.
Adhere to company guidelines regarding proper use of cleaning agents and chemicals.
Notify the supervisor of any maintenance issues or safety hazards in the property.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients.
Complete all assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and according to company standards.
Assist with special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
Follow company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve cleaning techniques and contribute to an efficient and effective cleaning process.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
No experience required - we can train you!
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation a bonus.
Familiarity with cleaning agents and chemicals, including proper handling and usage a bonus.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and efficient time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekdays starting from 7:30am with varying end times.
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites with current insurance.

Requirements:

May require a drug test prior to employment.
Successful completion of a background check prior to employment, including criminal and employment history.

Wage: DOQ $16

Expected hours: 15 – 22 per week
