Our industry focus includes aerospace and defence, healthcare, telecommunications, rail transportation, semiconductor, geospatial, industrial, and energy. Job Description 1. Review RTX/Collins Global Trade Gray List and determine which entries require additional guidance/revisions. 2. Draft proposed language for Gray List entity guidance/revisions. 3. Support denied party screening and end use/end user due diligence. 4. Review & release “no license required” (“NLR”) blocked shipments destined to Heightened Review Countries in SAP Global Trade Services (“GTS”). 5. Review & disposition unresolved denied party hits in Salesforce. 6. Review suspected red flag transactions/gray list hits and provide guidance/next steps to resolve concerns. 7. Escalate gray list hits that cannot be resolved and confirmed red flag transactions to Central Global Trade and track resolution. 8. Review/approve smartsheet workflows for shipments destined to Turkey, the UAE, and Kazakhstan. 9. Review Gray List/denied party hits and provide guidance to resolve hits. 10. Review/approve NLR technology exports via the Technology Export Permission Online Recording Tool (“TEXPORT”). 11. Review/approve travel workflow requests. 12. Review & release blocked Delivery Without Reference (“DWoR”) shipments in GTS. 13. Audit transactions to validate end use/end user due diligence. 14. Other Global Trade tasks as required.
