Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Identify and troubleshoot process issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence. Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent quality and output. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new product introductions. Support generation of assembly, test and ship work instructions. Conduct builds audits of turbine engine builds. Update instructions with engine manual revisions and process improvements. Assist Manufacturing team with work instruction conversions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 1 years of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment Experience with process modeling and simulation software. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. **Flexibility to support work first shift, second shift, possible post second shift, weekends and holidays is required. Overtime may be required. US Citizen/Green Card holder required due to ITAR restrictions.
