Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Directly responsible to Program Management – Maritime Special Programs (PM-MSP) Virginia Beach Field Office (VBFO) Supervisor. Will serve as an immediate advisor on sensitive Program issues and initiatives that require in-depth knowledge and dedicated effort to communicate to key stakeholders.
• Work directly with the PM-MSP VBFO Supervisor and the Cydecor NXP Contract PM to integrate their focus on applying workforce supporting PMS 340 against achieving the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Advise PM-MSP VBFO staff on new VAS technologies, methods, and approaches and make recommendations for solutions (based on cost/schedule/performance parameters).
• Prepare, review, and analyze Single Acquisition Management Plans (SAMPs), Statement Of Work (SOW), and Program Management Plans (PMPs) in support of the PM-MSP VBFO.

Education/Skills/Qualifications:

• Prior Navy Service with assignments within the NSW and/or DEVGRU community.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal guidance.
• Expert knowledge in current operational SEAL combat systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and significant knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of Department of Navy and/or DoD organization(s).
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills
