Job Description

The Manufacturing Assembler 1 is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in the manufacturing process, including assembling, testing, and inspecting products. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to blueprints, diagrams, and other written instructions
- Test and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Report any issues or problems to the team lead or supervisor
- Assist with the training of new technicians
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with mechanical or electrical assembly
- Experience using hand tools and basic machine tools
- Familiarity with quality control processes
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
Physical Demands:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Intermittent bending, lifting, stooping, reaching, walking, and squatting
- Standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 6 am to 2:30 pm
