Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous Mechanical Design Manager to oversee and optimize the design process while ensuring compliance with organizational system requirements. The role involves conducting thorough reviews to assess design completeness and accuracy, offering invaluable engineering support for WP USA operations, and adeptly resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in mechanical design engineering, and proficiency in CAD software. This position offers an opportunity to drive continuous improvement, enhance processes, and ensure timely project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Optimize designs, reduce costs, and enhance processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan the release of designs to align with project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Verify equipment designs and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance functionality and efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive plans for design timing, monitor progress, conduct thorough reviews, and provide effective solutions for arising issues.
• Design systems integration concepts to ensure seamless operation and compatibility.
• Prepare and evaluate budgetary considerations and stack-up analysis for projects.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to drive technical tasks to successful completion.
• Create and execute test plans to evaluate system performance and address any encountered issues during testing.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving to efficiently resolve engineering and technical issues.

Experience:

• 12 to 18 Years (10 to 12 Relevant Exp)
• Extensive experience in mechanical design engineering, with a proven track record of successful projects and innovations.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar, with advanced skills in 3D modeling, assembly design, and drawing creation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design standards, with expertise in statics, dynamics, thermodynamics, and materials science.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
