Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Granulation Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the efficient production of goods.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Perform quality control checks during production
- Package finished products for shipment
- Handle materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes
- Fabricate components as needed
- Assist in laboratory tasks as required

Must Haves:

Candidate must be working in a Pharma Manufacturing unit as a Manufacturing Operator supporting Granulation, Blending, Compression
Minimum 6 months blending/granulation or compression experience'
Open it to looking for candidates from nutraceutical background in oral solid dosage and food manufacturers.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in machining or operating machinery preferred
- Familiarity with forklift operation and materials handling techniques
- Knowledge of CGMP standards is a plus
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
- Ability to fabricate components based on specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
