Opportunity

Our Client is seeking a Part-time Admin to join their team in Rockland, MA. This position will be moving to Boston in June and candidates must be available to work onsite approximately 4 days per month. This an approximately 5-month contract role.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of Concur expense tracking
• Managing SOW's (Statement of Work) through entire process including legal review, opening PO, receiving and invoicing for team
• Distribute monthly accrual reports
• Plan and coordinate small team dinners, virtual meetings
• Collaborate with procurement team getting new vendors in the system

Benefits

• Pay ranges from $29 to $33 per hour, commensurate with experience

Qualifications

• Extremely organized and detail oriented. All materials must be carefully migrated f
• Experience working in Concur
• Experience working in ARIBA
• Able to track process and results for each individual job
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Self-starter, can manage projects with little oversight
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is a plus
