Cybermedics, a custom software development and consulting company, is hiring a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst to bring their own experiences and perspectives to our growing team! Are you the right person for the job?

For you to thrive in this role, you will have used PowerBI or Tableau to create visualizations that help teams understand their data. You will have also used an ETL tool (SSIS, Azure Data Factory/Fabric, SAS) to process and transform data from multiple sources. You will be interacting directly with customers and end-users and will need to be able to understand their pain points and design reporting solutions to meet their needs. Additional nice to haves include having worked with Microsoft data tools (such as PowerBI Service, DAX and PowerQuery), having worked with business teams to design and setup a reporting solution from scratch, and having a good understanding of math, statistics, and data analysis principles.

You will be directly responsible for your work but will also be part of a larger team who can help guide you and answer questions.

After 90 days, you’ll know you’re successful if:

- You are familiar with the challenges and opportunities faced by clients.

- You have produced data products which are useful to key client stakeholders.

- You have learned something new!

- The Business Intelligence Analyst role is a Full-Time W2 position offering an annual salary between $70,000 and $100,000 commensurate with experience.

- Cybermedics provides all necessary equipment to perform job duties, including:

o Company laptop

o Docking station with external monitors

o Webcam and Headset
