· Manage a team of software engineers, including day to day task planning and code reviews

· Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with assigned network engineering team.

· Recognize, evaluate, and identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements for team.

· Interviewing candidates, providing input on hiring, training, client meetings, client tours, team meetings.

· Active Top Security Clearance

· Product Company Experience

· Degree in Computer Science or related field
