**TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph REQUIRED**
Position Description:
Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer’s computers and networks that are vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP. Required Skills: 

• Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line 
• Front-end collection systems, to include survey systems 
• DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration 
• Basic troubleshooting experience 
• Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly 

Required Education: 
Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree Required Experience:
