Position Overview: The Traveling Multifamily Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the construction of multifamily projects. This role will require travel to multiple locations, sometimes on short notice. The Traveling Multifamily Superintendent will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, ensuring adherence to local building codes, and reporting project progress.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Ensure quality of construction conforms to local and federal codes.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Review changes to plans and consult with architects, project managers, and engineers as needed.
• Produce reports on project progress.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, staff, and management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in use of computers and software applications (e.g. MS Office, Primavera, etc.).
• Ability to travel primarily in the Southeast.
